We opened our first restaurant on the side of Dixie Highway in the heart of Lima, Ohio. For over 60 years, Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill has been a neighborhood hub where friends and neighbors come together over great food (and great times). It's a tradition built on generous portions, good service, and a vibe that makes everyone feel at home.

In 2004, Beer Barrel proudly joined Good Food Restaurants, an Ohio company founded by longtime restaurant entrepreneur John Heaphy and his wife, Aimee. As Beer Barrel has grown into new communities, that family spirit has grown with it, now carried forward by the next generation of the Heaphy family.

Rooted in Our Communities
Community has always been part of who we are. Each year, Beer Barrel supports local sports teams, schools, and organizations through our Dine & Donate program and local donations.
Through our partnership with Good Food Restaurants Charities, we also help support social service organizations focused on veterans, families in crisis, and hunger relief in the communities we serve.
